Karina Goodridge
Karina Goodridge is President of Friends of Democracy (FOD). A God-fearing woman, she puts him first in everything she does. She is the owner of East Wind Legal, and a practicing Attorney-at-Law with over half a decade of experience in civil law, litigation, contract, estates, and person injuries, among many other areas. Her expertise also extends to banking and insurance. She has regularly featured in both print and radio media commenting on topics such as youth development and politics.

Bertnul Ricardo Harrison
First Vice-President
Ricardo Harrison is the First Vice-President of Friends of Democracy, also serving as its Spokesperson for Housing and Criminal Justice. He has been honoured as a Justice of the Peace, and is a practicing Attorney-at-Law. He completed military training in Puerto Rico, Martinique and Canada, where he was training in peacekeeping at the Pearson Peacekeeping College in Halifax. He spent over 40 years as a reserve officer in the Barbados Defense Force.
Ricardo “Andwele” Williams
Second Vice-President
Ricardo Andwele Williams serves as Second Vice-President of Friends of Democracy, also holding the portfolio of Spokesperson for Sports & Culture. He has represented both Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago in football. He has contributed greatly to the sports life of Deacons Farm, both as the founder-coach of their football team, and also as one of the promoters of the first Bank’s Island-wide Road Tennis Tournament, which was hosted in that community. In proclaiming his love for Christ, he affectionately earned the name “Evangelist.”
Matthew Thorne is a pastor, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. He serves as the Third Vice-President of Friends of Democracy, and as the party’s Spokesperson for Tourism. Guided by the belief that the greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without purpose, he has spent the last decade serving communities through counselling, volunteerism, and mentoring young men. He contributed his leadership to several boards such as Walking in Wholeness Ministry and the Drug Education and Counselling Services.

Sandra Estwick, JP was the Personal Assistant in the Ministry of Social Care attached to the Minister Mr. Steven Blackett. Being in that position allowed her to get close to seniors. She is now retired and spends her time with the Friends of Democracy Political Party. She firmly believe that God has given her this path. Sandra is a qualified Event Planner. A proud student of the Springer Memorial School, graduated from the Macon Business Academy then on to Bimap.

Raymond Wiggins is a Floor Member of the Executive Council of Friends of Democracy, and also the party’s Spokesperson for Education. He is a philanthropist, and cares deeply about Barbados at large, with the people of Saint Michael Central, his home constituency, holding a special place in his heart. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, and after a short stint on Wall Street, began a 15-year career in advertising. He then transitioned to income tax preparation, and today he runs a thriving business in that sector. During his time living abroad in New York, he served as PRO for the Barbados-inspired charity Helping Hands for Barbados Inc.
